The Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested in the Loke Koladovca vineyard on 13-14 October by hand selection of the grapes into 15 kg crates. The crushed grapes were gently pressed after a 15-day maceration. It was transferred to barrels, where it underwent deacidification and matured for 22 months in 50% new and 50% used 225 litre oak barrels. The CS Selection 2021 was bottled without filtration and without purification in November 2023 during the time of the waning gibbous moon.
