The harvest of Malvasia Selection took place on 1 October in the Šmihel Livišče vineyard and on Oak Hill. The Malvazija Selekcija 2021 grapes were partially enriched with botrytis. This was followed by maceration at controlled temperature. Malvazija Selekcija 2021 was crushed and pressed on Christmas Friday. This was followed by a 20-month maturation in a 3500 litre oak barrel.
The unfiltered wine will be bottled in August 2023
