Rezerva Rdeče

After a decade, the Angel wine line also signs the Angel Red Reserve 2020 wine. It is the highest-ranked wine of the Batič winery. The latter wine comes to life only during exceptional harvests. The last Angel Reserve 3 was a non-vintage cuvee. Produced from the years 2006, 2007 and 2009. Its successor is Angel Rdeče (Red) Rezerva 2020. The main part of this wine is Merlot from the Šmihel Livišče vineyard, which is complemented by only 5% of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Loke lega Koladovac vineyard. After three weeks of maceration, Angel Reserve 2020 was matured for 27 months in selected oak barrels. It was bottled without filtration and without fining during the waning moon.
