Pršjakovo

This is a dense vineyard just below our farm. My father planted most of the cabernet sauvignon, some merlot and a few muscatel vines to be nibbled in late November. The vineyard is situated in the lowlands. On the northern side rise the picturesque steep, mainly limestone cliffs of the southern slopes of the Trnovo Forest. The dynamic of warm days and cool nights keeps the grapes highly aromatic. Rosé is produced from this position.
