Biodynamically grown Malvasia Classic grapes are hand-picked on 13 September in the vineyard of Oak Hill Terrace and part of Oak Hill South Side. Malvasia Classic ripens on fine lees in stainless steel tank and partially in 25hl oak barrels and is bottled the first spring after harvest.
