Hrastov Hrib Trikotnik

Hrastov Hrib Trikotnik

After the first mature wine from the experimental unsprayed Brajda vineyard, I fell in love with it at first sip. Although I did not know much about these varieties, new to the Vipava soil at the time, it was immediately clear to me that the soil of the triangle on Hrastov hrib would bear the name of these vines. I have a special respect for this vineyard. Here, even after several days of rain, the bare soil crunches underfoot and leaves the shoes clean. In 2016, we planted a mixed vineyard here in the middle of the southern side of Oak Hill. That was also the year that Mateja gave birth to our third son. The wine from this vineyard bears his name, Marlon Hrastov Hrib.
